Manuscript Submission and Review Procedures
All research papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). To ensure academic integrity, all submissions undergo a formal plagiarism assessment using Turnitin prior to any further processing.
The evaluation process is structured as follows:
Initial Screening and Similarity Check:
Upon submission, the Conference Chair conducts a preliminary assessment, including a review of the Turnitin report, to ensure that the manuscript meets originality requirements and aligns with the scope and objectives of the conference.
Peer Review:
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are forwarded to independent reviewers for a rigorous scientific evaluation.
Author Notification:
Following the review stage, authors receive detailed reports containing the reviewers’ comments (with reviewer identities kept confidential).
Final Decision:
The Conference Chair retains full discretionary authority in making acceptance or rejection decisions, which are formally announced upon completion of the comprehensive evaluation process.
